Autism Mom Meme
As a parent who suffers with autism, I find it’s sometimes okay to take a step back and laugh at our challenges as parents! Anybody higher up on the autistic spectrum knows how difficult life can be, so don’t be so hard on yourself! I learnt to the art of mocking my own situation a few years back when Levi was just 6 months old – navigating parenthood was so something I was finding so damn hard! Then my partner sent me autism mom meme and I laughed so hard that and instantly felt relieved! It was in that moment that I realised that it’s not just me feeling like this, there’s countless other parents out there who’re going through the same battles and hardships as me, so why not make it easier on yourself and learn to be okay with what who you are!
Just some words I thought I’d write out to anybody else who’s struggling – we’re all in this together!
